Thank you for choosing Algarve SimRacing. We are committed to providing a high-quality sim racing experience. As we provide digital services, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair for all parties.
1. Overview
Algarve SimRacing offers monthly membership plans and one-time session bookings. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Please note: Since our services are time-based and/or delivered digitally, we are not always able to offer full refunds once the service has been used or the term has started.
2. One-Time Sessions

Refund eligibility: You may request a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Late cancellations or no-shows: No refunds will be issued if you fail to cancel within the 24-hour window or do not attend your scheduled session.

Technical issues: If a session is interrupted or canceled due to a technical fault on our side, we will offer to reschedule the session or issue a full refund.
3. Monthly Memberships

Cancellation policy: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Refunds: We do not offer partial or full refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Auto-renewal: Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Inability to access our platform due to long-term outages

Duplicate charges or billing errors

Verified technical issues preventing use of services

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage open communication and will do our best to resolve any concerns.
